Who among you would like the secret to the phenomenon known as The Secret? Who wants to know why the law of attraction works like it does? Who wants to take the reins of his own life? Who wants to reprogram their mind to act nobly, honorably, amazingly, and attract the best things in life? Boy . . . on the surface these are stupid questions! Of course we want these things! You'd be crazy not to want these things! Or would you. The truth is we are individuals in a bubble. If our bubble is burst, we feel naked. If our bubble is infiltrated, we feel violated. If we are asked to go outside our bubble, we will flat refuse. Lesson number one: That is why your life is where it is right now. We are the quantum sum of our neurons. The programming inside that mind you live with composes your bubble, which rejects many of the things you desire in life, and accepts much more of the things you don't want. The Secret told you that, but The Answer will tell you why it works that way. You are 100% responsible for your life. That means you are in the driver's seat. The Secret told you that, but The Answer will tell you how to drive. This is a feeling Universe. The way to manifest what you want in life is to feel it, as if you already have it, and "know like you know like you know, that it's on its way." The Secret told you that, The Answer will tell you how to take that principle, and use it to shape your mind so that after awhile, it merely becomes habit. I am all about the first seven chapters. In the first five chapters the authors, John Assaraf and Murray Smith, lay out for you in constructive and easy to understand terms the miracle behind your eyes, and how it works and shapes your life and everything in it. They are the most enlightening chapters I've ever read in a self-improvement book! That's saying a lot, as I've been through many, by the most successful and influential authors. In point of fact, this book is not found in the self-improvement section at your local book store, it is found in the business section. Being that it's written by a man who has made success his ultimate lifestyle, the book is very well placed. John Assaraf is first and foremost a businessman, and this book lays out how he became the success he is. His success had nothing to do with education, he never went to college. It had nothing to do with his upbringing, he grew up in the hood and was a gang member. It had nothing to do with his connections, he didn't have any. In fact, for a good three years into his Re/Max venture he was the laughing stock of the state of Indiana. They're all laughing out their ears now as his franchise does $6 Billion in sales every year.
