Alphabet Baby Book

Here is a great way to use up those double prints!

My children make Christmas gifts for each other and Johanna, our 12 year old, has decided to make an ABC book for Caleb. She is using the half-page format, since there are plastic sleeves now for that size, and it is turning out beautifully.

We had a picture of Caleb cuddling a huge toy grizzly bear and so after doing her scrapbooking stuff she added an uppercase and lowercase ‘Gg’ to the page and added the words ‘Grizzly Bear’ to the page.

She will sometimes add journaling and always adds who is in the photo and the age of the person and date the photo was taken. Children love to scrapbook and this gives them a great way to be involved and do something constructive and creative. Other ideas that the children have come up with are: A farm book, a zoo book, 123 book, colors and shapes.
