Homemade With Love

Bernadine Sevy

I think that gifts personally made are the best and most fun. Children and adults alike, feel a great sense of self-worth when something is made and given from the heart.

We all have photos lying around that could be used for this project. The tiny photos that come with photo packets work well as do personal photographs. Cut a 2 x 6 inch strip of cardstock and glue to it these trimmed photos. Write a short descriptive message and laminate, punch a hole in the top and add a tassel.

These are great stocking stuffers, Fathers’ day, Mothers’ day, birthday, get well, farewell etc. gifts. A favorite landscape or pet also work very well. The possibilities are endless and everyone needs a useful bookmark.
